The body does not heal itself.

I hear from many that this is the year of great changes. For me, it is not who says it or what is said, but what I am able to recognize from the perceptible reality that is important. This way, what I have accepted will become true within me. And yes, life is very different now. I love the fact that the existence of the fact that the consequences of my intentions and actions appear in reality with almost immediate feedback is deepening. No more whining.

The common focus of the next ceremony was called “ The body does not heal itself, but rather offers itself to transformation through consciousness.” I wrote about this experience, but I also said that I honestly do not know if this could be useful in the case of great pain. Tonight the answer came. Yes, it can. I woke up to a pain that did not allow anything else but the perception of this. It had appeared a few times before and it took hours for it to disappear, even though this body was still younger then. I am grateful because it arrived almost immediately in this space burdened with pain that it was time for the test. Relatively quickly, but with some difficulty, I found the attention to be directed to my breathing and my heartbeat. At first, this attention was allowed through the pain, and then it took a complete turn, so that the heavy feeling was only noticeable through the concentration on the breathing and the heartbeat. In less than five minutes, the excruciating symptom was gone and gratitude took its place that it had all happened. This is how a previous experience unfolded itself memorably. Since this whole thing made me alert and I also like the nightly connection with cocoa, I made the drink of the gods and let this event run its course. I will write about this special experience later, if the moment allows.

If you would like to join the ceremony on the 21st, where this will be the common focus, please register at www.kakaoszertartasorzoi.hu .

With love, Zoltan
